Total Co-Op Services began in 1998 inside of a home and the first 
contract was for the amount of $125.00. The business grew and had to be moved to 
the garage and a Sister Company was also added. The sister company is Texas 
Final Clean, our Make-Ready Division, and Total Co-op Services is our 
Janitorial Division. By coming to the mixer our Company has grown in 
size that we are now renting a Office & Garage to store our supplies and 
equipment. Our business,  because of the blessings from God and the 
people we have met at the mixer is now ending 2005 and beginning 2006 with a 
six figure income.

have been a

Dear Willis I would like to say thanks for all the things you do for
our community. I have been praying for a place where I could meet face to
face with people that can make decisions concerning employment of
people. That prayer was answered with your formation of the Cozi’s
networking events. I have attended Cozi’s 4 times to pass out my resume and
solicit a carpenter to do business for me at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship
(OCBF). Unfortunately I have not had any success for either. However I am
a man of faith, so I will return too Cozi’s seeking the same assistance

Willis, I was one the winners last night at Billy G's where we was 
given half a ticket and had to find the person with the other half.  This 
was a good game to meet people at the mixer.  It was so funny, people 
would say "I'm 256 in the Mortgage Business, what's your ticket number. 
Anyway, thanks for the prize and the mixer.  I had a very good time and 
made some more contacts.  So far, I have 20 new clients from your mixer 
and used 7 people on your website and 2 off the mixer list.  You got it 
going in the right direction.  I look forward to the free food, 
positive black people, business mixing and your staff every Thursday --- 
Please Please Don't stop this wonderful event in a community that needs it 
more than you will ever know!!!
