You and your staff have out done yourselves this time.  The "Civil 
Rights Page" on the web site is "God Sent".  This morning before my 2 
children of 12 and 17 went to school, we spent 30 minuets. on the page and 
we 
cried together all the way to school.  They had no idea of the struggle 
that their grand and great grand parents went through in this so 
called United Sates of America.  Then to see the old news clip of how 
people 
of color were beaten in the streets for rights to vote, ride  anywhere 
you pleased on a bus, sit anywhere in a food restaurant or attend a 
school of your choice.  Thank you so much for the experience for me and 
my 
children to see something that's not taught in the class room.  I could 
go and on because I know that this morning will change the way my 
family will see our people on color in a new way of love and respect.  
Before I end this note, my 17 year old said, He will spend an hour a 
day 
with my 12 year old going over the Civil Rights page until both of them 
knows the entire story... I plan to be there too.....To God be the 
Glory.... And thanks to you for sharing this educational information

PS: My 17 year old play high school football and everyday he came home 
from football practice he would be tired. He never wanted to do his 
home work and also had a hard time going to sleep at night.  Now I take

I wanted to be added to the list of testimonies. Since I've been taking these vitamins my ankles do not swell as much. I wear high heel shoes and before, my ankles would become swollen by the end of the day. Just a note to provide you with some feedback on the best vitamin I have ever had in my life... First, my 30 year old son is also taking them and he was feeling bad so I purchased him a bottle and he loved the way they made him feel.
